Some of the areas that we focus on are energy efficiency, indoor air quality, heating and cooling system performance, ventilation, water and moisture management, and overall home performance. We use the most advanced tools available to diagnose a house including a blower door and infrared camera.


  1. 2.We explain our findings to you along with a proposal to complete the recommended work. Typical improvements include attic and basement air sealing, cellulose insulation, duct sealing, window and door tune-ups, replacement windows, and mechanical ventilation. We also explain the various federal, state, and utility incentives that are available to you, as well as financing options.


  1. 3.We complete the necessary work. Once the work is done, we complete a post-work audit to confirm the effectiveness of the work and a quality control inspection with you to ensure that you are satisfied with the quality of the work.
